Scope
This Code of Conduct applies to all attendees, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and staff involved in Shell On The Border, whether at the physical event or any associated online platforms.
Behavioral Guidelines
Respect for All: Discrimination, harassment, and abusive behavior are not tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, actions based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, disability, or appearance.
No Harassment: Harassment includes deliberate intimidation, stalking, unwelcome attention, and any behavior that makes someone feel uncomfortable or threatened.
Respect Privacy: Do not record, photograph, or post about other attendees without explicit permission.
Reporting and Enforcement
Immediate Action: Participants engaging in harmful behavior are expected to cease immediately upon request.
Reporting: If you experience or witness harassment or any violation of this Code of Conduct, please report it to event staff or at the registration desk.
Consequences: Violations may lead to actions ranging from verbal warnings to expulsion without refund, and, if necessary, involvement of local authorities.
